Pasta sauce with Salmon
Ingredients
Salmon | 400/500 gram | |
Single cream | 100/150 ml | |
Butter | 75 gr | |
Pepper and salt | to taste |
Super quick and easy pasta sauce recipe with salmon.
Remove the skin of the salmon and cut in to cubes. Take a non sticking pan and add butter and whem melted add the salmon and cook.
Once the salmon is done add pepper and salt to tasty and add the cream, single cream will do. Keep stirring until you reach the desired thickness, add more cream if needed. Finish with some more pepper and salt and place on top of the freshly cooked pasta, see homemade pasta recipe.
